I enjoyed doing assignment 4 and have shared some of this assignment here in my blog. What I would do differently: The modified jigsaw activity created a participatory and collaborative learning environment. After finishing all the course requirements for all the foundation courses in January, I focused on finding an institution, university or college who was willing to provide me with a window of opportunity to run a 45 minute lesson to adult learners. It allowed quick feedback and affirmation on learning. The facilitator provides a summary of the lesson and ends with three strategies for problem solving. I think the student engagement techniques textbook is one that I will always have and refer back to for ideas.
Power Point and video presentations. It connected previous lesson to defined learning objectives. The second Capstone class was in Listening last 4 April I designed a lesson plan highlighting mind mapping and problem solving because I had a digital project on mind mapping which I worked for my PIDP course and I had a power point presentation on problem solving which I also used in one of the mini lessons for the PIDP course. This was the first time that I had feedback on my teaching and realized how important this is to the learning process, immediate feedback. Media Enhanced Learning I did find this course difficult as I feel I have missed the technological bus.

The previous lesson was about writing a business memo and I had the privilege of sitting in the class a day prior to my scheduled teaching demonstration. Group dynamics encourages more exchanges of ideas. In the Reading class, I should have checked if the eggs were hard boiled before bringing them to class. It provided a clear direction for students to follow as the lesson was projevt out.

For the Reading class, these were the things that went well: A Problem to be resolved Input: Fill in your details below or click an icon to log in: I did not have any difficulty getting volunteers to engage in the activity. Poject did this exercise out of class and learned what a difference an environment can be on a learning setting.
I feel one of the best things about the courses are the reflection and being able to see that all the courses are overlapped, as is teaching. So, just like that, my first 2 assignments were completed. Technical glitches sometimes occur but previewing a video clip is always capstpne to guarantee a seamless presentation in class.
